I'm seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates for the role of PA to Principal Dental Surgeon and Clinical Director in a private 4 surgery dental practice in London, W1.
Salary: £26,000 to £32,000+ negotiable
Required skills:
The successful cndidate will require a high degree of computer literacy on PC with advanced knowledge of:
· Internet and world wide web and social media
· Microsoft Office (2010 Pro and 365) especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Windows 7 and Microsoft Exchange Server
· Software of Excellence dental software competence to high level including full system features, KPI’s financial and Presentation manager especially
· Quickbooks 2014 data entry and report management
· Networking skills in Windows environment such as ability to set permissions and add and remove computers from network and set document access parameter
· Ability to liaise seamlessly with IT support online or by telephone
· Spoken English and temperament of a calibre to be able to deal with clientele attending a top end private practice in W1. Additional languages welcome
Tasks:
Assist Practice Manager and Business manager in day to day tasks which will be allocated based on skill levels.
Salary is based on skill, knowledge ability and employment is subject to a 1 year probationary period with 3 monthly formal appraisals. £26,000 to £32,000 but negotiable if outstanding organisational and administrative skills and experience. 4 weeks plus statutory holidays.
